Amy Preston joined the firm in 2000. Mrs. Preston received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting Degree and a Masters Degree in Taxation from Florida Atlantic University. She is a CPA licensed in the State of Florida.

Mrs. Preston specializes in advising international taxpayers, especially in-bound investors to the United States. She works closely with local attorneys to develop corporate structures and estate plans for global and domestic clients. Mrs. Preston managed several matters in the IRS' Voluntary Disclosure Program for previous non-filing of required foreign disclosures. She also handles the transfer pricing engagements of the firm's multinational corporate clients. In addition to these projects, she prepares individual, trust and business tax returns, FIRPTA compliance filings, and works annually on the firm's international tax book Common Questions Asked by Foreign People About U.S. Taxes.

Mrs. Preston is a member of the American Women's Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She has represented the firm at numerous international conferences, in locations as far away as South Africa and closer to home in Toronto.
