Adam F. Small joined the firm in May 1999 after graduating from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Mr. Small earned a Masters of Accounting degree from Nova Southeastern University Graduate School of Business. He was promoted to a principal of the firm in October 2002 and became President of the firm in 2009.  Mr. Small is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida.

His expertise and special interests include Business planning, Tax planning and Business Advisory services to mid to large companies ranging from 1 million to 500 million dollars in revenue per year.  He also specializes in closely held businesses and their owners as well as real estate and foreign taxations.

Mr. Small has expertise in the M&A arena working closely with banks, Investment Bankers, and Private Equity groups. In 2012, Mr. Small successfully assisted his client, CPS Products, Inc in closing a sale to Harbour Group, http://www.farlieturner.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=news.details&ArticleId=71. This project spanned over a year with daily responsibilities.
